1.2 Live Sessions & Webinars

  • Live sessions will be conducted on pre-scheduled dates. Registrants will receive a confirmation email with joining details within 24 hours of registration.
  • Reminders and access links will be sent before the session starts.

2. Delivery of Physical Products

If and when Chartered Studies offers physical study materials, books, or merchandise:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery timelines vary by location:
    • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
    • Non-Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
    • Remote Areas: 10-15 business days
